If you see "waiting for moderator" after your scheduled start time, please first refresh your Chrome browser and try to reconnect to the session.
If the moderator is still not there, there are two options:
- If you received your invitation via an automated email, please contact Support right away with a screenshot so we can get in touch with the researcher.
- If you received your invitation directly from the researcher, please contact the organization/researcher that invited you.
