You may be asked to install the IntelliZoom extension when you begin a TOL study or when a moderator wants to share your screen in an online interview. Please note that this extension works during your session and is not able to be accessed for data, screen recording or your location when your session is complete.

The extension is only supported on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Google Chrome

When you start a study that requires the extension, you’ll automatically be prompted with a window to install it. This will automatically take you to the UserZoom Surveys Chrome store page. All you need to do now is click 'Add to Chrome'.

If you would like to install the extension prior to your session, you can do so through the Chrome Play store here.

Once the extension is installed, you’ll receive a confirmation pop-up confirming that it has been added successfully. Now you're ready to start the study!  

Mozilla Firefox

When you start a study that requires the extension on Firefox, you’ll automatically be prompted with a window requesting you to install it. Click on 'Allow' in the pop-up, then click 'Add' from within this new pop-up window.

Once the extension is installed, you’ll receive a pop-up confirming that it has been added successfully. Now you're ready to start the study!
