ABOUT INTELLIZOOM PANEL
What is IntelliZoom and how does it work?
IntelliZoom Panel is the participant community of UserZoom, the UX insights company.
We help companies make better products, create seamless customer journeys and empower them to develop compelling human experiences by understanding customers better than they understand themselves.
How can I participate?
You can participate in a study going to "Studies" at the top of the IntelliZoom Panel website or directly from the email invitations you will receive.
Depending on the level of profiling information you’ve provided under “My Profile” on the website, you will receive more or less invitations. The more complete your profile is, the more studies you’ll receive.
If you granted us permission before, you may have already started to receive invitations to participate in UserZoom studies.
Is IntelliZoom Panel much different from WhatUsersDo?
UserZoom studies are very similar to those on Whatusersdo. During your participation in studies, our customers will gather your opinion and thoughts on experiences and products that you love and care about. Your feedback will help them create and improve their products and services.
ACCOUNT
I already have an IntelliZoom Panel account...
Then no further action is required! You can continue to login into your IntelliZoom Panel account and participate in our studies as usual. Nothing will change.
I did not have an IntelliZoom Panel account before, so... what now?
Your Whatusersdo account will be migrated into IntelliZoom Panel. This includes: your email, name, and the country you reside in.
For security purposes, in order to start using your account you will need to set a new password. You should have received an email with a link to do so, if you did not receive this email, please contact us.
Should I enter my demographic data again?
All your profile and demographic information will be migrated as well so you don't have to enter it again.
Nevertheless, there are a few more profile questions in IntelliZoom Panel for you to answer. They are not mandatory, but the more complete your profile is, the more study invitations you could receive.
PAYMENTS
What happens with my WhatUsersDo payments?
If you had any pending payments in Whatusersdo, they will be processed in the upcoming days and sent to your usual PayPal account. If you believe that you should have received a payment already, please contact us and we will take a look.
How do payments in IntelliZoom Panel work?
Payments in IntelliZoom take around 21 business days (not including weekends) after the study completion and are sent through PayPal to the same email account you registered with.
What if my PayPal email is not the same as the one I registered with?
Currently we don't support the ability to have different email accounts for receiving invitations and PayPal payments (it's in our to do list!). If you had a different email account set in Whatusersdo to receive your payments, please bear in mind that from now on you will receive your payments in the same email account that you used when registering.
How can I change / add my PayPal account to my IntelliZoom Panel email?
If your IntelliZoom email address is not currently connected to your existing PayPal account, do not worry. PayPal allows you to link up to 8 email addresses to your PayPal account. Please reference the following article for assistance on how to add multiple email addresses to your PayPal account.
If, however, you would prefer to change your IntelliZoom Panel email to be the same as your PayPal email, we can assist you with that. Please contact us.
